Foundation wheels was created by HD truck owners for HD truck owners. Our flagship wheel, the 395 HD, was specifically designed from the ground up for 8 lug RAM, Ford, and GM trucks and offer high load capacity, flow formed construction, removable trim rings, vehicle specific fitment, hub centric ring capability and more. Nobody offered the features we wanted at a reasonable price, we decided to do it ourselves.

WHAT IS FLOW FORMED?

Foundation 395 HD wheels are built using flow form construction to make them as strong and light as possible. Think of Flow Formed as an attainable Forged wheel, since the barrel of the wheel is compressed and heated to align the aluminum structure. The result is a wheel that's lighter, stronger, and more resistant to deformation than a normal cast wheel- at a fraction of the price of a Forged wheel.

It's exactly what you need for heavy duty trucks that are towing and seeing high stress applications. This process is how we're able to achieve a massive 3,900 pound physical load rating for these wheels but hit a low weight of just 30lbs while other similar options are close to 40lbs per wheel.

That led us to a timeless 8 spoke design and customizable features like the removable rings, different hardware colors, and multiple cap options. The result is a wheel that can look classic or modern, and fit any build, color scheme, or style. We're working to expand options and offer even more possibilities.
